Norm Moeller, RSVP Community Task Force Leader worked with the Missoula County Health Department during the H1N1 Pandemic flu season.  The Community Task force provides highly skilled volunteer leaders to bolster agencies' capacity to meet critical needs.  Norm's leadership role as a member of the Pandemic Influenza Incident Command Center increased the capacity of staff to successfully immunize 22,000 at-risk citizens.
